Through a combination of guided exercises, choreography, and improvisation, paticipants will delve into the rich vocabulary of lyrical and contemporary dance. The class focuses on developing a strong technical foundation while nurturing individual artistry and authentic expression. Dancers will be encouraged to connect with their emotions, explore dynamic movement qualities, and interpret music with grace and sensitivity. This class will perform in a winter and spring recital.
